Hotel Pickups & Meeting Points

Hotel pickup is a convenient feature offered for many of our tours and activities. Here’s how to manage your hotel pickup details and ensure a smooth experience:

Checking for Hotel Pickup Availability

  • Hotel pickup availability will be listed in the 'What’s Included' section on the tour or activity page under 'What to Expect.'
  • If hotel pickup is not included, you may still be asked to provide your hotel details so the local provider can contact you about itinerary changes (e.g., weather or technical issues).

When Booking a New Reservation

  • Include your hotel details at the time of booking if the option is available.
  • After booking, the local provider will confirm the meeting location and time when you call to reconfirm your reservation.

Updating an Existing Reservation

  • To update or add hotel details to an existing booking, contact the local provider directly using the information on your ticket.
  • They will confirm the pickup time and location with you.

If You Haven’t Chosen a Hotel Yet

  • Enter 'TBA' (To Be Announced) during booking.
  • Once you confirm your hotel, inform the local provider when reconfirming your tour.

Meeting Points

For some tours, the provider may designate a specific meeting point instead of offering hotel pickup. If this is the case, the meeting point details, including location and time, will be provided in your booking confirmation. It is essential to arrive at the meeting point before the activity starts to ensure you don’t miss your tour.

Important Note

  • Not all hotels are eligible for pickup due to location or logistical reasons. Always contact the local provider to verify your exact pickup time and location or confirm the meeting point.
