Types of Cancellation Policies

Free Cancellation
- Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the experience's start time.*
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time.*
- Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.

- These experiences cannot be canceled or changed for any reason.
- No refunds will be issued if canceled or amended.

- Full refund if canceled at least 4 full days before the start time.*
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 3 full days before the start time.*
- Changes made less than 3 full days before the start time will not be accepted.

- Full refund if canceled at least 7 full days before the start time.*
- 50% refund if canceled 3-6 full days before the start time.*
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 full days before the start time.*

Important Notes
- *For "Free Cancellation," the cancellation deadline is generally 11:59 PM, two days before the start date if no specific start time is listed. Time is calculated based on the time zone of the experience.
