Cancellation Policy
- Most bookings are eligible for a full refund if canceled up to one day before your activity.
- Always check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your ticket for specific cancellation policies related to your booking.
Steps to Cancel Your Booking
- Log in to your ExcursionMania account and go to the Bookings section.
- Locate the reservation you wish to cancel.
- Select ‘Cancel for free by...’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once your cancellation is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation, including details about your refund.
Important Notes
- The ‘Cancel Booking’ option will not be available for tours or activities marked as ‘Non-Refundable’, as these reservations cannot be canceled or changed.
- You can also locate your booking using your Itinerary Number, which is a ten-digit number listed as “Confirmation Number” in your booking confirmation email. You may also find it on your credit card statement in this format: IT-XXXXXXXXXX.
