  2. Locate the booking you wish to refund and select ‘Request a Refund.’
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Most refund requests are reviewed and processed within 48 hours.
  • Once approved, refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
